What it does is capture the requested date, shoot type, location and contact details, then email them to you (or push them to your CRM through a Zapier or Make workflow).
We don't have native integrations with those tools, but you can connect them through Zapier or Make. When a lead form is submitted, the workflow can create a new enquiry or contact in your CRM with the shoot details already filled in. Setup takes about ten minutes once you've got a Zapier account.
