Not on its own. FastBots doesn't have a native calendar sync, so we'd recommend it always collects the date in the lead form and tells the visitor the events team will confirm availability. If you want true date checks, you'd need a Zapier or Make workflow that pushes the enquiry into your booking system — and even then, the bot is capturing, not booking.

No. FastBots is an enquiry and information tool. It explains packages, captures contact details and event briefs, and emails the team. Contracts, deposits and final bookings still happen with a real person — which is what most couples and corporate buyers actually want for a high-value purchase.

Not natively with venue-specific tools like Tripleseat or Event Temple. What you can do is connect FastBots to Zapier or Make and push captured enquiries into your CRM, spreadsheet or email platform once the chat ends. We're honest about that being a workflow setup rather than a native integration.

It doesn't make promises about things outside your control. We recommend setting the house rules so the bot answers what's on your site — packages, capacity, parking, cancellation — and gracefully captures the enquiry for anything weather, supplier or experience-related that the events team should handle directly.

On the Business plan ($89/month) and above, Live Chat lets a member of the events team take over the conversation in real time. You set the availability hours and the bot offers handover when the visitor wants a human or when a question is outside its training. Below Business, the bot still captures the enquiry by email.

Yes. Train the bot on all your venue pages and it will answer questions about each one. You can also run separate bots per venue if you want different branding and tone. Plan limits apply to the number of bots, characters and crawl pages — see the pricing page for current numbers.

Yes — FastBots supports around 95 languages. An international corporate client or a couple planning a destination wedding can chat in their own language, and you'll see translated transcripts in chat history. Translation is included on Business plan and above.

Around five minutes for a first version. You give it your website, it crawls the venue and package pages, you tweak the tone and lead form, then paste one line of code into your site. Most teams refine the answers over the first couple of weeks based on the real questions that come through chat history.

There's a free plan with one chatbot and 50 messages a month — no credit card. Paid plans start at $39/month for Essential, and Business at $89/month adds Live Chat, auto-retraining and email replies. Most small venues and planners start free, then move to Essential or Business once enquiries are flowing.

FastBots states it's GDPR-compliant and that data uploaded isn't used to train external models through the API connection. You can also restrict where the chatbot is embedded with domain whitelisting. For sensitive client lists, it's worth reviewing the security section before going live.
